General Terms and Conditions 

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE COURSE YOU ARE BOOKING. If you have any questions please contact us. Generally, if your circumstances change, or you think you might need to change or cancel a booking, get in touch with Devon Antenatal Family Centre as soon as you can and they might be able find an alternative for you.

Transferring your booking

Before your course has started: If you would like to transfer your booking to another course or workshop, you need to get in touch with Devon Antenatal Family Centre as soon as you can, by email or phone. After your course has started: Sometimes it is possible to transfer to another course; this will be at our discretion. Get in touch with Devon Antenatal Family Centre as soon as you can, by email or phone. When you request a transfer, you should also tell us what course or workshop you would like to book instead. If your alternative is already fully booked we will not be able to transfer your booking, even if it was offered to you previously. If an alternative course costs less we will refund you the difference but if it is higher priced you will need to pay the difference. If you are transferring from a course that has already started any refund or excess will be calculated based on the hours attended. Under exceptional circumstances, we may need to change your booking. If we do we will always try to offer you a suitable alternative. If you choose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund.

Cancelling your booking

Before your course has started: If you want to cancel your booking you need to get in touch with Devon Antenatal Family Centre as soon as you can, by email or phone. After your course has started: If you want to cancel your booking you need to contact Devon Antenatal Family Centre. Get in touch with Devon Antenatal Family Centre as soon as you can, by email or phone. Your cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your email or call. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email within seven days. 5. If you are eligible for a refund it will be in line with the details below. Under exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. If we do we will always try to offer you a suitable alternative. If you choose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund.

Refunds

If you cancel your booking, you will receive a refund of the cost as follows: a) More than four weeks before the start of the course you’ll receive 100% of your course fees, less £30 to cover our costs. b) Between two and four weeks before the start of the course: If the course fee is more than £60, you’ll get a 50% refund. If the course fee is between £31 and £59, you’ll get 100% of your course fees, less £30 to cover our costs. If the course fee is £30 or less, you won’t get any refund. c) If there’s less than two weeks before the start of the course, you won’t get any refund. We charge the £30 fee administration because we think it’s is a fair reflection of our costs, including administration time, systems support and the loss of income at short notice.
