Catherine Mchomvu -  Founder and Director 

Catherine is an antenatal teacher, first aid and Safeguarding instructor and hypnobirthing facilitator.Catherine completed her extensive training through NCT, University of Worcester and NUCO Training. Devon Antenatal & First Aid CIC was founded in 2013 but Catherine and has steadily grown and developed into a vibrant, supportive learning environment for the local community. Catherine's drive and passion for un-bias robust support and education for families has kept the momentum going with the company.

Jo Martin - Breastfeeding Counsellor

After a difficult start to breastfeeding, Jo decided to train as a La Leche League breastfeeding counsellor and has supported many women and their babies with a wide range of joys and challenges during their breastfeeding journey from pre-birth women to winding-down breastfeeding with older babies, toddlers and children. During this time, Jo also ran LLL North Devon. Although no longer with LLL, Jo feels that supporting women with feeding in a way that works for them is nothing short of a joy and thoroughly enjoys running the weekly breastfeeding group and the antenatal breastfeeding sessions.

Suzanne McMenemy - Cloth Nappy Advisor

Suzanne is a mother of 2. Her son is 24 years old and also has a daughter of 2. Suzanne is the Real Nappy Advisor for North Devon and enjoys supporting families make the change to real nappies and other products. When Sue isn't busy with the nappy library, she and her daughter can be found enjoying toddler groups in Barnstaple.

Jennifer Radford - Breastfeeding Peer Supporter

Jen volunteers at the breastfeeding group as a peer supporter. Jen volunteered for the NCT for almost 3 years before moving to North Devon and has now re-qualified as a mother supporter with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers and is now studying to become a breastfeeding counsellor. Jen loves supporting mums, wherever they are on their breastfeeding journey. Jen is a mum of three children and two zany sausage dogs. When Jen isn't volunteering she's busy home educating, working in their allotment or making a mess with various craft projects.
