Description

One to One antenatal courses are perfect for those that are unable to attend a full antenatal course or for those that prefer a private course from their own home.

The course covers:

  • Health and wellbeing during pregnancy and postnatally

  • Labour and birth management including positions, breathing and physiology of the woman

  • Birth options and choices

  • Postnatal care and what to expect

  • Support

  • Baby care

  • Infant feeding

1-1’s are 2.5 hours long so are not as in depth as full courses but offer the opportunity to explore the specific topics couples have. A telephone conversation before the course will establish exactly what you want to cover.

Handouts and emailed links are also offered.
