Lizzie will be offering free osteopathy sessions every 1st & 3rd week of the month from 12.30-2.30 during our feeding cafe.

These sessions are on a drop in basis so there’s no need to book.

Here’s some information about Lizzie…

Lizzie Gittoes – Registered Osteopath

Lizzie has worked as an osteopath since 2009. She has always been passionate about the benefits cranial osteopathy and body work can bring to babies. In 2021 the time was right and she embarked on a journey into treating new mums, babies and children with the Osteopathic Centre for Children, a charity in London. Lizzie’s enthusiasm for bringing positive health benefits to babies is centred on helping that individual, and also the immediate and wider family. Observing improvements in the well-being of her patients is what makes the job rewarding.
